What we collect
This website collects the minimum information needed to operate: an age-confirmation cookie, a cart identifier if you build an order, and standard analytics events (pages viewed, buttons clicked) with no personal identifiers attached. If you place a pickup order, we collect the name, phone number, email, date of birth, government ID number, and a photo of your government ID needed to prepare the order and verify your eligibility, and we share that with our point-of-sale system to fulfill it.
Government ID at online checkout
Placing an online pickup order requires your government ID number and a photo of your government ID. The photo is validated and re-encoded in memory and transmitted to the store's point-of-sale system (Treez); this website does not store the photo. The website keeps only a non-reversible content digest of the photo (used to suppress duplicate uploads) and a record of whether the upload succeeded or failed. If the upload fails, your order still stands and store staff check your physical ID at pickup — staff check physical ID at pickup in every case.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send personal information, identification documents, or purchase details to advertising platforms. We do not store payment card numbers on this website.
Cookies
Cookies used: age confirmation (remembers your 21+/medicinal confirmation for 30 days), cart session (keeps your cart while you shop), and analytics cookies if enabled. Analytics scripts run only on public catalog and content pages — never on checkout, account, or order pages. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Your California rights

Retention
Order records are retained as required by California cannabis regulations. Website carts and analytics data are retained only as long as operationally useful. Records held in the store's point-of-sale system, including ID information sent there at checkout, are retained under the dispensary's POS and compliance policies.
